West Virginians are some of the most welcoming people you will meet. And Lisa Malone who along with her husband completed 38 transactions in her first year of real estate is one of them! You can expect that from Lisa Malone. “I was blessed to have been born and raised learning not only how to treat people, but the importance of helping others in need. Being a successful agent came easy. I just used what came naturally. I’ve been married to my husband for 33 years and we have two wonderful children. Our daughter is a Nurse who graduated from Marshall University and lives in Palm Beach County. Our son was a student athlete and graduated from Concord University and lives in West Virginia. We also have our first grandchild here in Palm Beach that we are over the moon about!”
OCD
Having OCD can be a hindrance for some, but Lisa looks at the positive which includes being super organized for her clients. “It actually gives me a competitive advantage which I can bring to every transaction.” She is experienced in dealing with many different people and personalities, and always sees things through to the end. “Being a strong-willed person allows me to naturally have self-discipline and determination. This assists me to not only accomplish my own goals but the goals of my clients.” Lisa is trustworthy, driven, and organized. She is absolutely dedicated to completing every transaction to the complete satisfaction of her clients.
WORK ETHIC
“My Dad was the greatest guy, a provider and hard worker. He would help anyone without expecting anything in return. My parents were good, down to earth people who were always willing to help others.” Lisa’s dad instilled in her the strong work ethic and morals that she carries with her today. Lisa has spent many years in customer service. From teaching preschool to a large telecommunications company, then onto owning a successful small business for over 12 years. She also has experience in the rental/investment side of Real Estate, owning multiple units for 30+ years with her husband. “We received our WV license approximately 1.5 years ago and have helped numerous clients during that time and made good friends along the way. We fell in love with Jupiter and the surrounding areas many years ago and are very excited to now expand our services in Florida.”
HAPPINESS
Real Estate is a ‘helping business’ and it’s in Lisa’s nature to help people. Growing up, she wanted to be a teacher or a nurse, and she always wanted to make others smile or laugh and feel good. Lisa loves the idea of making others happy and making a difference in people’s lives, and real estate plays a huge role in that. “I’m a natural-born giver and nothing gives me more joy than seeing others happy.
