Originally from Kiev, Ukraine, Yuri embarked on his American journey in 1990, finding his new home in the bustling city of Boston. Accompanied by his mother who instilled in him an unwavering work ethic and dedication to excellence, Yuri carried these principles with him as he ventured into the world. A loved and respected leader herself, she imparted invaluable lessons – to be punctual, to treat everyone with respect, and to embrace endeavors with utmost commitment. “Either do it 100% or don’t do it at all,” she would often emphasize, a principle Yuri holds dear to his heart. Armed with a degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, Yuri swiftly ascended the professional ladder, becoming one of the youngest General Managers at the national chain Bertucci’s. Over the years, Yuri honed his skills in leading some of Boston's most iconic restaurants, such as Top of the Hub and Yvonne’s. His mission? Ensuring not just a good time, but an unforgettable experience for his guests. “There are a lot of good restaurants, but not many great ones.” His secret? A keen eye for detail and an innate ability to anticipate his patrons’ desires. It was this very set of skills that became the cornerstone of his later transition into the realm of Real Estate.

With nearly two decades of expertise under his belt, Yuri approaches real estate not merely as a transaction, but as a partnership in transforming dreams into reality. He finds joy in the simple pleasures of life: staying in excellent shape, exploring the open roads on his motorcycle, hiking 4000+ feet mountains of the Northeast, all alongside his beloved wife Stace, daughter Abby, and their faithful companion, Alvin the dog. In his creative pursuits, Yuri channels his energy into cooking delectable dishes, crafting exquisite epoxy tables, and designing artistic barn doors. For him, true satisfaction lies in the ability to bring happiness to others and witness the tangible results of his efforts. This same enthusiasm he brings into his interactions with clients, ensuring that the experience of buying or selling a home is as enriching as possible.
FINDING JOY IN HELPING OTHERS
His biggest driving force, he confides, is his family. His daughter Abby, a competitive swimmer, and his wife, an inspirational force of self-motivation, continually push him to raise the bar. Even after over a decade of marriage, Yuri remains captivated by the magic of their relationship, constantly striving to impress his wife. “I believe that’s the essence of our marriage: to never get complacent.” For him, real estate isn't merely a profession; it's a vessel to foster enduring relationships and help people achieve the best possible outcomes, a constant reminder of his mother's teachings – to approach every venture with sincerity and whole-hearted commitment to excellence.
