Echo in the CommUNITY

Charitable Causes & Involvement

Echo Fine Properties is proud to be active in charitable causes.

One of the things that sets Echo Fine Properties apart is our dedication to grass roots charitable causes.

When the bell rings Echo agents answer the call.

We get involved in causes along with the commUNITY to do things that really make a difference. We truly care, we try to make it fun, and we get real fulfillment doing it.

Our PB&J Drive made over 15,000 meals for victims of Hurricane Ian. During the beginning of The Covid pandemic, we brought supplies to the elderly before delivery services were established. Our Tug-of War-to Stop Cancer raised money for local cancer research. And one of our agents was that “good” Florida Man who spent money out of his pocket to pay off the local school lunch debt.

It’s not a coincidence that over and over again our personality and empathy are showcased when the commUNITY calls.

Being headquartered locally and with a true team lets you get better connected to each other. The community wins. And you win too.

PB&J Sticking Together

Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwiches?  Really?!?  Sounds silly but hear me out as it’s really smart. And it’s a great adult food.  Lots of calories (approximately 450).  It’s easy to take with you and carry.  It’s a comfort food that’s comfortable.  People just like it as it’s packed with memories and keeps a day going. Kids, essential workers, the homeless, you name it.  People need calories and this fits the bill.  Coming Together & Sticking Together.  So, a number of our agents and their families committed to starting a family PB&J factory out of their homes.  People want to physically help.  You can be 8 or 80 years of age and make a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich.

Covid Relief

The Echo Fine Properties team made an effort to help the most vulnerable members of society avoid crowds and prevent exposure to COVID by grocery shopping and delivering groceries throughout the pandemic.

School Lunch Debts

Our super agent Andrew Levy decided that he could make a difference in his town by paying off the lunch debt for every child in the system. It all started with a Facebook post. Sharing his small spark of kindness started a fire with those who found out about his personal initiative. Over 200 people offered to help on his Facebook alone.

Tug-of-War to stop Cancer

All 80 team members have been affected deeply by Cancer. When the idea to host a Charity event for Cancer research was introduced, the support was incredible. And when a TUG-OF-WAR Beach Party was suggested it was unanimous, the party was on!

Then our full time marketing staff, including branding, social media, photography, design and advertising gurus went to work to make this the best Charity event of the year.
